1.A pupil who fails to appear in the Annual Examination will
be deemed to have failed in Annual Examination inspite of his
securing sufficient marks in the unit tests and Half Yearly
Examination and shall not be promoted to the next higher class.
However if the absence from the Annual Examination is due
to reasons beyond the control of the pupil, the pupil may be
given a supplementary examination at the time of reopening
of the School. But this is not in any way mandatory on the
part of the School.
2.The decision of the Principal will be final and binding in all
matters relating to Examination results / promotion.
